In Bellingham we like four restaurants:
Anthony's, an upscale seafood chain serving excellent fresh fish, along with a very tasty Cobb salad. The setting is pretty looking over the boats in the harbor. Akroteri serves very nice Greek food
Lemongrass and Busara have very good Thai food.
If you need a comfortable, reasonably priced room, we like the Best Western Heritage House next to the Bellis Fair Mall. Ask for a room far from the freeway.

Near Sidney, B.C. on Vancouver Island is our very favorite restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. Deep Cove Chalet is open for lunch and dinner and has wonderful French food in a gorgeous setting.

On Orcas Island try Christina's in Eastsound for dinner, and The Westsound Store for breakfast or lunch.

In the Canadian Gulf Islands we love The Saturna Lodge in boot Cove on Saturna Island

For lunch in Roche Harbor The Madrona Grill is very good or in Friday Harbor try The Place by The Ferry both on San Juan Island.
